Retention permission for a single storey extension and detached garage to the rear of existing single storey dwelling and all associated site works

Retention Planning permission is sought to retain the demolition of domestic shed/out building on site, to retain works as carried out to boundary walls and full planning permission is sought to construct a dormer style dwelling house, new site entrance, connect to public services, all ancillary site works and services

For the construction of single storey dwelling, domestic single storey detached garage to the side of dwelling, domestic detached storage shed to the rear of dwelling, appropriate waste water treatment system, connection to mains water supply, proposed domestic entrance with associated wing walls, and all ancillary site works.

Alterations, as constructed, to previously approved (register No 20/25) extension and alterations to existing dwelling house. The alterations comprise the omission of a window on north elevation and its replacement by an overhead rooflight facing north

The extension and alteration of existing dwelling house to comprise the following: an extension to the Eastern (rear) elevation, internal modifications within the existing building, alterations to the roof, Western (front) elevation and all associated site works
