To retain (1) Revised storey and a half type house design (2) Domestic Garage (3) Revised site layout and site boundaries (4) all ancillary site works all from that previously approved under planning file 05/1978

To retain alterations made to dwelling house previously granted under planning ref. no. 99/1088. Alterations for which retention is sought include revised plans and elevations, attached garage conversion to living accommodation, attic conversion and detached domestic garage together with all associated site works

Of changes made to windows and doors on all elevations, rear sunroom, canopy over front door, chimneys, and boiler room to gable (prev. planning ref. no. 99/1078)

To construct single storey farm office, canteen and storage building, sewerage treatment unit and percolation area and ancillary site works

Of (1) conversion of attic space to non-habitable accessible areas including roof windows to existing single storey dwelling (2) alterations to elevation and floor plans to dwelling from that previously granted under planning Ref: 01/1519 (3) 2no domestic storage structures / sheds. (4) Revised site boundaries and site map (5) And all associated ancillary site development works
