For the following: 1) Construction of a cladded roof and cladded walls to provide a weathered shelter to the existing animal feed storage bins located between the 2 existing buildings used for animal feed milling on the site (labelled Mill 1 and Mill 2 in the application information), 2) construction of an extension to the south western elevation of the existing Mill 1 building, 3) removal of an 18m2 enclosed feed storage bin on the south western elevation of the existing Mill 1 building and 3) all associated site works

To construct a 142.5m2 industrial storage building (29.3m high) to the south west side of existing animal feed mill (36.4m high) for the storage of raw materials to be used in the production of animal feed, together with all associated site works at Carrakeeltymore, Virginia, Co. Cavan on behalf of A.W. Ennis Ltd. The above development is being carried out to assist, facilitate and sustain the existing A.W. Ennis mill production operations. The site currently has an EPA licence Reg. No. P1019-01.

For the construction of a solar PV energy development, comprising of the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on ground mounted frames/support structures within existing field boundaries (3964 m2 of PV panels covering 3858 m2 of ground, and 2.5 metres high); underground cabling and ducting (including cable link to main A.W. Ennis plant); 1.5m high stock proof security fencing to site perimeter; erect a 6.5m2 services building, together with all associated site development works. The site currently has an EPA licence Reg. No. P1019-01. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

To retain (a) the creation of a hard standing area for use in connection with existing commercial activity on adjacent site (b) the construction of 2 no. earth embankments for screening purposes (c) together with all associated site works. The above development is being carried out to assist, facilitate and sustain the existing A.W. Ennis mill production operations. The adjacent site currently has an EPA Licence Reg. No. P1019-01. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
