For development consisting of (i) demolition of existing derelict house (c. 77sq.m), (ii) construction of a single storey building (c. 489 sq.m) comprising of retail area with ancillary off-licence use, ancillary food offer counter including the sale of hot & cold food on & off the premises, customer seating area, toilets and ancillary offices, storage & food preparation areas, (iii) construction of a new forecourt with pump islands and canopy over, (iv) installation of 3 no. 40,000l underground fuel storage tanks, associated pipework and above ground fill points, (v) construction of a single storey storage building (c. 66 sq.m), (vi) installation of one fuel price sign and (vii) construction of all ancillary site features including screened storage compound, signage, boundary treatments, drainage systems, landscaping, car parking and associated site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

Change use of part of gala supermarket to off licence

To replace existing sewerage treatment system with new on-site treatment unit and new percolation area with revised site boundaries and layout to that approved under planning ref. 05597 and all ancillary site works

For a detached domestic garage, demolishing of existing sheds, fencing and all ancillary site works

To retain existing house and domestic garage/shed on revised site boundaries and PERMISSION for the construction of new wastewater treatment system, boundary finishes and associated works
