Planning precedent report

For RETENTION of revised location of previously approved two-storey dwelling, planning reg. ref. 05/691 and detached garage floor slab. PERMISSION is also sought to complete domestic garage, effluent treatment system and associated site works

To retain existing foundations and PERMISSION for completion of a two-storey dwelling house, (previously granted planning ref. no. 05/493), detached domestic garage, waste water treatment system and percolation area, new site entrance and all associated development works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

For change of use to an existing detached domestic garage building from ancillary domestic use, to use as a Montessori/pre-school childcare facility, together with all associated works, including new signage and connect to existing on-site wastewater treatment system

To construct a fully serviced two storey dwelling, detached domestic garage, entrance, boundary walls and piers, waste water treatment facilities, and all ancillary works. Significant further information and revised plans indicating adjustments to the entrance location and site boundary have been submitted

To construct 1 no. pig house (to provide for enhanced animal welfare standards), together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the development, significant further information received
