1) to demolish a rear utility room extension, 2) to construct 2no extensions to the rear of the single storied dwelling house along with internal alterations, 3) to construct an apex roof over the front entrance door, 4) to de-commission an existing septic tank and percolation area and to install a new proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area, 5) all ancillary site works

To construct a two storey style dwelling with detached domestic garage, install waste water treatment system and percolation area, form new entrance from the public road, together with all associated site works

To construct a single storey detached outbuilding to the side and rear of existing dwelling house comprising of (a) an office to be used by agricultural consultancy business (b) along with an attached garage & storage facilities for domestic use. It is also proposed to connect to existing sewage treatment unit on site together all associated site works

To construct (1) one storey and part storey and half type house (2) domestic garage (3) new site entrance (4) proprietary wastewater unit and complete all ancillary works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

For retention of the as built concrete base and planning permission for the construction of a new detached storey and a half pitched roof domestic garage with rooflights within to sit on the as built concrete garage building base, constructed to the rear of the existing dwelling and all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development

To retain alterations and amendments to plans and elevations of existing dwelling, site boundaries and site layout (previously granted under application number 12/255)
