For a ten year Permission to develop a solar farm on a site located in the townlands of Lissan West and Ballaghafaddy West, Clarecastle. Co. Clare. The proposed solar farm will comprise the construction and operation of solar PV arrays mounted on metal frames on a 33.i Ha site, inclusive of a single electrical control building, onsite substation, up to 8 No. inverter units, up to 1 No. temporary construction areas with ancillary facilities, boundary fencing with CCTV units, use of existing access, an access track and all associated works ( inclusive of gross floor space of proposed works up to 207.6 sqm ). The planning application is accompanied by an environmental report and Stage 1 Screening for Appropriate Assessment

For 'change of use' from childcare facility to private dwelling house including any alterations as required together with all associated site works and services

For (a) demolition of existing sun room (b) renovation and extension of existing private dwelling house and all associated site works

To construct a dwelling house, detached garage, vehicular entrance, driveway, wastewater treatment system, connection to services and ancillary site works

For the installation of 16 no. storage containers to be used as self storage units at our existing storage yard including ancillary site works

To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission P15/288 for the construction of an agricultural livestock unit, underground slurry storage tanks and all associated site works
