For the conversion and extension of existing detached single storey garage building beside existing house to provide private residential care facilities ( granny flat ) including the provision of additional windows and external access ramp and modifications to the existing effluent treatment and disposal system on site currently serving the existing house to cater for the additional capacity resultant in the proposed care unit, all at existing house
