To construct a new dwelling house, private garage, site entrance, on-site wastewater treatment system and all associated site works and services

To build a garage with home office area & all other associated site and ancillary works

To convert their existing private garage into guest accommodation and to construct a single extension to the rear of their dwelling along with associated site works

To refurbish and extend the existing gate lodge cottage, install a new proprietary wastewater treatment system, to use the existing farm entrance and road to serve the gate lodge cottage along with associated ancillary site works

To RETAIN and complete alterations made to the existing gate lodge and site works granted under P19/738. PERMISSION is sought to a) change and extend the flat roof on the rear extension b) change the main roof structure/finishes c) change the site works. PERMISSION to RETAIN and complete alterations include a) new rear bedroom window b) new block wall on the rear east elevation C) gable window on the west elevation d) to RETAIN and complete the external shed along with associated site works
