Planning precedent report

For development which will consist of the installation of an ATM machine to the existing shop front to the South elevation of O'Connors Pub, Doolin, Co. Clare

To revise part of front elevation, to convert part of storage area to gift stall, and to relocate exit to proposed smoking area

To construct/install a structure for the serving food/beverages ancillary to the existing Doolin Inn complex along with associated site works

Of the following: 1. dining room conservatory and extension to the ground floor B&B bedroom both to the rear of the dwelling, 2. the first floor B&B bedroom suite, 3. the changes to the external appearance of the dwelling, which differ to those granted under Planning Permission P99/1763 & all other associated site and ancillary works

For a proposed private dwelling house, new site entrance, waste water treatment system and all associated site works

For the following; a) to construct an extension to the existing car park area along with ancillary site works, b) to convert the rear storage shed into a meeting room / extended dining area, c) to construct a rear extension onto the existing kitchen area, d) to create a new shelter/enclosed garden space, e) to extend the opening hours of the café/restaurant areas, f) to construct a rear wall along with associated site works
