To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission P12-756 to construct a haybarn and machinery shed

For development which will consist of (a) planning permission for a traditional/ contemporary style dwelling on a family landholding (b) conversion of existing cow shed to garage for domestic use, (c) installation of an on site effluent treatment system with percolation area and (d) all associated works

The development will consist of construction of an agricultural shed with cubicles, underground slatted slurry and soiled water storage tanks, milking parlour, dairy and plant room and relocation of external feed bin and all associated site works.

To RETAIN extension to existing B&B accommodation consisting of ground floor dining/sunroom, two w.c. cubicles, and associated ancillary works at Berry Lodge.

To demolish existing shed and construct a dwelling house, garage, garden/office, deck area, install proprietary wastewater treatment system, percolation area and associated ancillary works

For development which will consist of the demolition of the existing domestic garage, and the construction of a raised roof with attic accommodation 79.5m2, and single story pitched roof porch extensions to the front 12m2, and a 70m2 flat roofed single storey extension to the rear, local stone to feature wall, replacement windows and doors, and new detached shed 7.3m2, with alterations to site works, upgrade of sewage treatment system and services
