The development will consist of a split-level two storey style dwelling with attached domestic garage, waste water treatment system and percolation area, new entrance walls and piers and all ancillary site development works

To erect fully serviced single story extension to rear of existing dwelling. Works to include partial demolition to rear of dwelling, new sewage treatment & percolation area, new entrance and driveway & all ancillary works. RETENTION is also sought to retain site entrance clearance works & temporary mobile home & associated works
