The construction of front porch, extension to side of existing single storey dwelling and domestic garage with all associated site works

Extensions to existing dwelling house (reg ref cw9405) as constructed comprising retention of 2no. single storey extensions which are located to the west and east of the existing dwelling, consisting of a bedroom and sitting room space, together with full planning permission for the construction of a further single storey extension to the north of the existing bungalow with internal alterations and associated external works including all associated site works.

The development will consist of: (1) Partial demolition of existing single story extension to rear. (2) Construction of a story and a half extension to rear elevation north and gable elevation east and west some 110 Sqm. (3) All associated site works

The development will consist of the improvement and upgrading of the existing public landing Jetty by replacing the damaged and deteriorating walkway with a slip resistant decking material and repairing the canal bank along the length of the Jetty to prevent future erosion and undercutting of the bank. A Natura Impact statement has been prepared for the project and submitted with the application.

A single storey extension to the southeast, a two storey extension to the southwest of the existing dwelling the addition of living space to the first floor, proposed rooflights to both the northeast and southwest, all internal modifications including associated site works

Permission is sought for the construction of a domestic garage and associated works to rear of existing dwelling
