Planning precedent report

To erect 5 no. fully serviced, attached dwellings, on existing foundations of previously approved planning reg. 06/2269 and 05/1311, connections to existing services, completion of service road, and all associated and ancillary works. Significant further information and revised drawings have been submitted. Alterations to include (1) updated site layout plan and site boundary, (2) alterations to plans and elevations and (3) boundary treatments and all ancillary works
