For the removal of 6 no. existing flood lighting poles and replace with 18m high lighting poles complete with LED lighting and all associated site works

To partially demolish wall to roadside and construct a single storey extension to existing changing rooms to include a pitched roof, sewerage treatment unit, percolation area and all associated site works

To construct a warehouse/shed building, yard, waste water treatment system and percolation area, entrances onto public laneway, access road, lorry park, landscaping, alteration to existing yard, demolition of existing shed and associated site works
