For the construction of an extension to dwelling to comprise of livingroom, kitchen and sunroom with internal modifications and also permission for the construction of a domestic garage including ancillary site works

For development which will consist of (1) Conversion of the existing attic space to habitable accommodation. (2) Alteration and extensions to the existing dwelling house. (3) All ancillary site works

To extend and renovate an existing cottage, to demolish existing sheds, to install a new sewerage treatment system, for a new entrance in place of an existing agricultural entrance and all associated site works

To RETAIN rooms to first floor of dwelling house, namely 2 no. bedrooms and a study and for PERMISSION to construct new windows, 1 on each side elevation of dwelling house

For development which will consist of 1) A new vehicular entrance and splay to the site. 2) A new single storey with mezzanine dwelling house of 243sq. m and garage of 63.2sq. m. 3) Installation of a new sewage treatment system and percolation area to EPA standards. 4. All ancillary site works associated with drainage and landscape works
