P19/90; revised vehicular entrance off the R478; replacement of damaged on-site wastewater treatment unit and provision of revised soil polishing filter area; ancillary landscaping works and all associated site works to facilitate the development

The development will consist of the replacement of the existing dwelling with a new passive standard two storey dwelling, containing four bedrooms and garage. This application also provides for the upgrade of the existing on-site waste water treatment system and associated site works

To (1) RETAIN additional floor area at variance with that approved under planning reference P07-2673; (2) PERMISSION for development which will consist of alterations and extensions to existing dwelling house, including all ancillary site works
