To construct a new dwelling house. new entrance and sewerage treatment facilities along with all associated works

To a) change the use of the existing office building to a granny flat ancillary to the existing dwelling house on-site, b) construct a porch extension, rear dormer window and make elevational changes to the proposed converted granny flat, and c) all associated site works

Of the existing private garage/storage facility and conservatory at the rear of the existing dwelling house to include the changes to site boundaries and for planning PERMISSION to RETAIN the extension to existing commercial offices previously authorised under planning permission P96/105 with all necessary ancillary srvices

For the following: 1) elevational alterations to the existing house, specifically the rearrangement of the existing windows and front door and the introduction of timber cladding, 2) construction a private garage 3) relocation and upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment system 4) improvements to the existing site entrance 5) all associated site works and services

To extend dwelling house

For development which will consist of (1) the demolition of an existing substandard dwelling house and stores (2) The construction of a new single storey dwelling house with a proprietary wastewater treatment system and ancillary site works
