This is accompanied by an Environmental Report and an Appropriate Assessment Screening Report

To make the following changes to the existing dwelling a) demolish existing rear extension; b) construct new rear extension; c) make changes to the exterior of the dwelling; d) construct new detached workshop and e) all associated site works

For the following; a) to construct a new first floor extension onto existing garage b) to alter the external elevations and internal floor layouts to existing house. c) to replace existing sunroom along with associated site works
