For PERMISSION to (a) change of use from existing dwelling house to garage/storage and for (b) OUTLINE PERMISSION to construct a new replacement dwelling house with a garage and ancillary works and upgrade existing sewage treatment sysetm

Of the change of design of a dwelling house and garage previously granted under C/603 granted by Kilrush Urban District council, along with all associated works

To construct new bay window and porch to front elevation

Of the following development: (a) alterations to the existing dwelling house; (b) conversion of shed to use as part of house, including connection to the house; (c) construction of new shed to rear; (d) all associated site works and services

Of remedial works carried out to date on the protected structure ( RPS No 881, a disused estate cottage ) with a view to making it a habitable structure at Wilson Road, Kilrush, Co Clare. The remedial works to include reconstructing the floors, replacing the roof and providing 3 No roof lights all as constructed, the demolition and re-construction of a single storey extension to mirror the structure annexed to the north side. Planning PERMISSION is sought to retain and repair the roofs of the outhouses located at the rear of the dwelling
