To construct an agricultural development. The development will consist of (a) livestock housing to include cubicles, feed passage and slatted areas with associated underground slurry storage tanks, (b) demolition of existing cubicle house and (c) associated ancillary site works

For the construction of extensions to existing dwelling to comprise of kitchen / dining / living, utility, 2 bedrooms, 1 ensuite including ancillary site works

Of extension and alterations to existing dwelling house along with all associated works

To RETAIN the existing conservatory extension at the western side of the dwelling, retention of the existing front porch, retention of separate private garage, retention of change of use of private garage under main roof of dwelling house to playroom and the retention of the development of the attic area for home office space and storage use with all necessary ancillary services

For change of use of existing domestic garage to living accommodation

To demolish remains of existing substandard dwelling and replace with new dwelling, percolation area & treatment unit including all ancillary site works and utilising existing entrance and driveway.
