For the erection of a dwelling house (change of house type from plans approved under PL Ref No. 15/232) with treatment system and soil polishing filter and permission for the erection of a domestic garage/store and all associated site works

To construct a two storey dwelling house, single storey domestic garage, new site entrance to public road, provision of a new treatment plant and percolation area and all associated site development works

Construction of: A 850m3 dairy washings / soiled water storage tank with a paladin mesh fence and gates to the perimeter, hard and soft landscaping and all associated works to facilitate the development

To construct a dormer style dwelling, bored well, waste water treatment system and percolation area, new entrance and all associated site works

The proposed construction of a silage pit base, including the silage pit apron, the construction of a silage/foul-water effluent tank and all associated groundworks

To include the following: 1) Demolition of existing single storey sunroom to the side of the existing house. 2) Erection of 20sq metres of photovoltaic panels located on the existing roof of dwelling house. 3) Erection of two storey extension to side of dwelling house comprising at ground floor of a guest bedroom, ensuite bathroom and seating area. At first floor level proposed alterations and extension to the existing first floor bedrooms incorporating a new ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and study area. 4) Alterations to existing front canopy/porch. 5) Internal modifications and associated site developments works
