To erect a new dormer bungalow, proprietary sewerage treatment system, detached domestic garage, entrance gates and piers, previously granted under 08/312. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

To erect fully serviced single storey extension to the side and rear of existing dwelling, alterations to existing entrance and all ancillary site works

Of: (1) Demolish existing extension to rear of two storey dwelling and erect part single storey/part two storey extension to the side and rear along with rear attached Carport, (2) Alterations to plans & elevations of existing dwelling, (3) Relocate existing agricultural shed, (4) Decommission existing septic tank and install new wastewater treatment system & Ecoflo Coco Filter, (5) All ancillary site works

To (1) renovate 2 no. existing stone outbuildings to ancillary domestic storage use, and (2) construct a new single storey dwelling house, form new vehicular entrance onto public roadway, installation of approved propietary waterwaste treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works

To construct 1 No. poultry house with associated site works, underground effluent holding tank, concrete aprons and meal silo. The application relates to a development which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Acts 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) will be submitted with the planning application

To retain the following; (1) 2 No. as constructed poultry houses (total floor area of 1,086m2), with associated underground washing holding tanks, concrete aprons and meal silos; and (2) revised location and extended floor area for previously approved poultry house (previous planning Reg. No. 14/88)
