For an extension (25.45 sq. m) to the single storey kitchen and living area to the side including minor amendments to the front and rear elevations

To erect fully serviced 3 storey Medical Centre, the extension of existing access road, associated parking, drop off areas, associated bicycle spaces, connection to public foul drainage system and watermain, landscaping and all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority in connection with the application. Significant further information and revised plans including a Natura Impact Statement has been submitted.

For development consisting of a new dormer dwelling house, waste water treatment system and percolation area, vehicular entrance, entrance walls and piers together with all ancillary site development works
