To demolish 4 No. existing pig houses and 2 No. manure storage tanks, and to construct 6 No. replacement pig houses together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bins, wash water tanks and ancillary stores) and all associated site works arising from the proposed development. Retain porch and garden shed

To demolish existing dwelling and erect a two storey style dwelling. Works to include decommissioning existing septic tank and replacing with a sewage treatment system and percolation area. All works to be serviced with existing entrance at public road
