To retain dwelling as constructed with changes to floor plans, elevations, distances to site boundaries to the dwelling previously granted 00/499 (site No. 4 of 4 No. houses)

RETENTION of dwelling as constructed with changes to floor plans, elevations, distances to site boundaries to the dwelling previously granted 00/499 (site no. 3 of 4 no. houses)

For construction of a two storey dwelling, detached domestic garage, effluent treatment system, percolation area & all ancillary site works.
