For 1) Retention Permission to retain existing storey & a half dwelling house, which is a replacement dwellinghouse for the now demolished original dwellinghouse on site and 2) permission to connect to existing sewerage wastewater treatment system and percolation area (previously approved under planning ref. no. 24/60344) use of existing entrance onto public road, which previously served now demolished dwellinghouse and all associated site development works

To demolish existing dressing rooms and replace with a two storey building comprising off 4 no. dressing rooms and gym area also to construct a concrete reinforced target wall and all ancillary site works
