For alterations to floor plans and elevations of buildings previously approved under planning reference numbers 19/35 and 23/60291, alterations to the site layout, boundaries and all ancillary siteworks

Construct an extension to the side of existing storage unit (approved under planning ref 19/35), erect a new attached separate storage unit incorporating administration & staff facilities, additional entrances & completion of service road to provide site access, parking, signage, landscaping, boundary treatments, connection to existing wastewater treatment system & percolation area, surface water connection to existing attenuation pond and all ancillary site works

To erect new roof above two existing gravel storage enclosures and change of use to storage buildings for equipment and construction material

To demolish 3 No. storage buildings and erect fully serviced industrial unit comprising of 2 storey administration & staff facility areas, single storey storage, parking, signage, landscaping, boundary treatments, connection to existing services and all ancillary and associated works
