Construct an extension to the existing slatted shed which will consist of a slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath, cubicles, concrete yard and all associated site works

To retain concrete slab and relocation of the existing septic tank. PLANNING PERMISSION is sought for a storey and a half extension to existing dwelling and associated site works

To demolish existing derelict dwelling house and outbuildings and replace with a dormer style dwelling house, domestic garage and install proprietary mechanical wastewater treatment system and ancillary site works

To (1) Construct underground slurry storage tank with slatted and solid passage areas at ground level, (2) Complete all ancillary site works and associated site structures
