Further to previous planning approval for office use on this site granted under planning permission Ref. No. 17/188, PLANNING PERMISSION is now sought to construct a single storey detached office building, tap into existing connections on site to public foul sewer and watermain, access new building via existing driveway and entrance, together with all associated site works

To (a) Construct a single storey, granny flat extension to the rear of our existing single storey detached dwelling by including conversion of the existing detached garage and form a glass link connection to the existing dwelling. (b) Form new connection to the public foul drainage system and (c) all associated site works

To carry out alteration to existing clubhouse building comprising of the following (a) demolish part of existing building, (b) increase the height of the structure from single storey to two storey, (c) construct two storey extension to side and to front (d) together with all associated site works
