For development consisting of an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house together with ancillary site works

For the following works; (1) Permission to demolish existing dwelling house on site (2) Construct a new two storey dwelling house and (3) All associated site works and services

For the following works (1) PERMISSION sought for change of house plan to that approved under Pl. Ref. no. P20/814 to include alteration to elevations

For development which will consist of an extension to the existing school car park to provide 9 no. additional car parking spaces at St. Mary's national School, School Road, Lahinch, Co. Clare. The proposed development consists of the removal of the existing set-down area and car parking adjacent to the public road, construction of a new boundary wall and 2 no. vehicular accesses to the south of the school site, construction of a footpath to the west of the existing car park, installation of traffic bollards and all associated works

To (A) Make changes to the design of the storey and a half style extension to dwelling granted under Planning Permission No. P18-8, which is presently under construction, (B) Extend the first floor extension over the original dwelling area and, (C) Use part of the dwelling as a granny flat, all with associated site works.

For the following works to a dwelling which was granted under planning permission P18-465, and presently nearing completion, (A) Changes made to the layout and elevations of the dwelling including the use of side attic spaces on the first floor as part of the dwelling, (B) Changes made to the window design and size, (C) Changes to the location of roof windows and the addition of 2 No. roof windows, and (D) the construction of an extension to the rear of the dwelling, and for PERMISSION to construct a detached shed to the rear of the dwelling, all with associated site works
