Of a) private garage / store to rear of dwellinghouse, b) site boundaries/ site layout as constructed and c) modifications to windows and doors including additional Velux roof windows to rear of dwellinghouse along with all associated site works and services. For the following works 1. Completion of already substantially complete house as previously granted under P03-2504 and all ancillary works. 2. Construct a new extension to the existing house. 3. Construct a new garage. 4 Bore a new well for the supply of water to the existing house. 5. Alter and construct the site entrance as previously granted under P03-2504
