Planning precedent report

For the following development; a) Construction of 2 no. three-bed, two-storey semi-detached houses on lands adjacent to No. 7 St. Michael's Place; b) 4 No. car parking spaces associated with the proposed houses; c) hard and soft landscaping areas; d) access area for Irish Water facilities; e) relocation of existing ESB services; f) construction of new boundary walls and fences enclosing the proposed houses; g) Connections to the public sewer and public water main; h) all associated siteworks. In accordance the Habitats Directive, Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out on the project. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development

The development will consist of a slatted house c/w ancillary site works

Of the first floor extension and associated site works

To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permisssion P14-83 to demolish existing building ruins on site and permission to develop a peoples park to include the following: 1) new building consisting of a reception area, gym, meeting room, games room, dressing rooms and shower and toilet facilities; 2) new all weather Astroturf playing pitch; 3) new green park area incorporating adult and junior recreation area. All of the above are to include necessary car parking facilities and all other necessary ancillary services

To construct an open terrace viewing stand with all necessary ancillary services

For development which will consist of dressing rooms and public toilets c/w ancillary site works
