To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission for P14-292 for development which will consist of the construction of a 1506 M2 Railway Museum building incorporating a cafe and toilets, a Reed-Bed waste disposal system connected to a water tank, a railway crossing and pedestrian crossing of the N67, Bus pull-in, Car park and pathway, Footbridge, the laying of rail tracks and other associated site works.

To RETAIN renovated and extended dwelling and for PERMISSION to upgrade existing sewer treatment system plus all ancillary site works

To construct an agricultural development. The development will consist of: (a) Construction of a new agricultural shed over existing slatted tank to include holding pens, feed passage and calving pens; (b) separate 3 bay slatted shed; (c) Associated ancillary site works

To construct dwelling house, entrance, waste water treatment system and percolation area plus all ancillary site works

To construct an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house and to install roof light windows to the rear of the existing house along with all associated site works

To demolish a rear extension and outbuildings and construct a new extension and refurbishment of existing cottage along with all other necessary ancillary works
