For the construction of an extension to existing Dwelling House to comprise of Livingroom, utility room, Bedroom with walk in wardrobe also PERMISSION for conversion of existing bedroom to En-suite including ancillary site works

To RETAIN a) existing entrance as constructed and b) existing shed/fuel store to the rear of existing dwelling house in lieu of garage granted under Planning Permission Ref: P06-754, including all ancillary site services and works

To construct a dwelling house and garage, with effluent treatment system, new entrance from public road, and all associated site works

For the following proposed development: a. to demolish existing single storey rear annex and utility sheds b. alteration and refurbishment of existing dwelling house c. construct both 2 storey and part single storey rear extensions d. construct detached remote home office and gym including utility storage shed e. construct new on-site wastewater treatment system f. adjust existing vehicular site entrances g. including all associated siteworks and services etc

The development will consist of a new dwelling house, shed, site entrance, wastewater treatment system and associated site works
