To retain and complete agricultural entrance and ancillary site works

To demolish 4 No. existing pig houses and 2 No. manure storage tanks, and to construct 6 No. replacement pig houses together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bins, wash water tanks and ancillary stores) and all associated site works arising from the proposed development. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R) and Natura Impact Statement (N.I.S) relating to this proposed development will be submitted with the planning application. This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013
