1) retain the attic conversion and elevational changes to the existing dwelling, 2) construct a two-storey style extension onto the rear of the existing dwelling house, alterations to existing roof to a gabled style roof, detached domestic garage, install a new sewerage treatment unit and percolation area, new entrance walls and piers onto existing laneway and all associated site development works

To consist of the alterations and extensions to an existing dwelling which will also include demolition works, upgrade existing waste water treatment system with a new advanced waste water treatment system and percolation area, and all ancillary site development works

To form a forestry entrance and new forestry laneway onto public roadway and all ancillary site works

Construct dormer dwelling house, domestic garage, wastewater treatment system and percolation area, vehicular entrance, entrance walls and piers together with all ancillary site development works. Significant further information & revised plans have been submitted.
