To erect fully serviced two storey dwelling with detached domestic garage, install sewerage treatment unit, percolation area, form entrance and all associated works

To (A) RETAIN and complete alterations and partially built extension to existing dwelling to form fully serviced dormer dwelling, install new treatment unit and percolation area (B) PERMISSION to demolish existing agricultural sheds and all associated works

To retain the entrance walls and piers in position as developed on site together with the Front porch and the forth bedroom attic floor, exit door with protective external railing. The property is serviced by an existing deep well on site and Bio cycle domestic sewage treatment system
