For 10 bay agricultural shed incorporating sheep housing and handling facility, hay storage & machinery shed together with concrete aprons, demolish existing shed and walls, relocate existing entrance and associated site works

To RETAIN extension of farm complex previously approved under 20/488 which consists of the following (a) additional vehicular entrance (b) 2 no. ‘A’ framed agricultural slated sheds, (c) 1 no. lean-to shed part slatted/part dry food storage, (d) 3 no silage pits (e) 2 no. external legged meal silos and water storage tank (f) single storey building incorporating plant room and staff facilities, (g) cattle handling facilities, concrete aprons, retaining/boundary walls together with PERMISSION for 5 bay lean-to slatted shed, additional concrete aprons, extend boundary walls and associated site works

To RETAIN extension of farm complex previously approved under planning reference 20/488 which consists of RENTENTION for the following (a) additional vehicular entrance (b) 2 no. ‘A’ framed agricultural slated sheds, (c) 1 no. lean-to shed part slatted/part dry food storage, (d) 3 no silage pits (e) 2 no. external legged meal silos and water storage tank (f) single storey building incorporating plant room and staff facilities, (g) cattle handling facilities, concrete aprons, retaining/boundary walls (h) with demolition of previous farmyard incorporating silage pit, hay shed and concrete apron together with Planning PERMISSION for 5 bay lean-to slatted shed, additional concrete aprons, extend boundary walls and associated site works

To demolish 2no. existing mill buildings and ancillary site works.

For the upgrade of the Ballyconnell Wastewater Treatment Plant comprising of the following: Alterations to the existing inlet works to install a manual bypass channel with a manually raked bar screen, a new storm overflow chamber, a grit removal system and relocating the existing screen upstream of the SWO; Installation of a new above ground PFT and decommission existing PFT; Installation of a new storm tank cleaning system within existing storm tank; Installation of new storm return pumping station; Installation of a new wash water pumping station; Automation of the existing RAS/WAS system; Installation of a GRP kiosk to house electrical control panel and all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.

For a development consisting of the refurbishment of existing offices, alteration to existing staff facilities, alteration to existing office layout, alteration to existing store, enclosing existing roof structure for use as a workshop, provision of fire escapes and all associated works to the existing manufacturing and warehouse units. The existing development has an EPA Licence
