For development consisting of to construct (1) one and a half storey type house, (2) proprietary wastewater treatment system unit, (3) domestic garage and (4) all ancillary site works

To construct (1) single storey type dwelling house (2) proprietary wastewater system unit (3) domestic garage (4) all ancillary site works, significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

(a) to partially reconstruct an existing single storied dwelling to include a new roof, rear, side and internal walls along with front porch; (b) to construct single storied extensions to the side and rear of the existing dwelling; (c) to decommission an existing septic tank and soak pit and to install a new septic tank and percolation area; (d) all ancillary site works

To retain the existing cow shed which consists of slatted areas with slurry holding tank underneath, cubicles and all associated site works

To demolish existing farm building, concrete yard and replace them with an agricultural shed which will consist of a milking parlour, cow drafting yard, plant room and a slatted collection yard with slurry holding tank underneath. Also PERMISSION to erect meal bin and all associated site works

For (a) construction of a dormer storey dwelling, (b) detached domestic garage, (c) install sewage treatment unit and percolation area and (d) form new site entrance, together with all associated site works
