For the following: 1) to retain a single storied sunroom extension to the rear of the existing dormer type dwelling house, 2) to retain 3no wooden shed structures, all used ancillary to the dwelling, 3) all associated site works.

To carry out alterations and complete dwelling house presently constructed to wall plate level, previously approved under planning application reference no. 99/1227. The alterations proposed include raising the height from storey and a half to two storey, altering the footprint by constructing extensions to the front and rear of the house, demolish the partially constructed sun room, construct detached domestic garage, install proprietary sewerage treatment system and percolation area, alter the position of the previously approved entrance together with all associated site works

To retain change of use of agricultural building to domestic accommodation and to retain domestic workshop, significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
