To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission for P15/520 on northern lands at Westpark Business Campus, for the construction and use of a revised location and layout to the Northern Car Park as previously granted planning permission under 01/1066 and APB reference PL03.130244. The application includes all site works, access works including internal Westpark pedestrian network, landscaping and associated drainage, lighting and boundary treatment where appropriate. The car park consists of 275 parking spaces with access and egress from the Shannon Free Zone road system and access only for vehicles from the upper road within the Business Campus. The proposed car park has the same number of spaces as granted under 01-1066 and APB reference PL03.130244

(1) to RETAIN the works as carried out on the NCT centre as permitted under P20-700 at relocated position on this site; and (2) to seek PERMISSION to complete the NCT centre at the relocated position on the site
