To RETAIN the conversion of: 1. The locum's apartment to a treatment room and staff kitchen area, 2. The staff canteen to a treatment room and Revisions to the internal layout to accommodate the changes, to that previously granted under planning permission P01/1301 and all associated site and ancillary works
