For a single storey extension to the side of existing childcare building comprising of a baby/toddler room, sleeping area, toilet and nappy changing facilities and staff toilets, Change of Use and redevelopment of existing utility room in existing dwelling house to form part of existing childcare facility and provision of a single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling house/childcare facility comprising of a reception area together with all ancillary site development works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

For the development of 1. The provision of an exit onto the public road for the egress of vehicles from the facility. The provision of the exit will facilitate for a one-way system for vehicles to access and egress the premises to improve safety and 2. Modification of Condition No. 3 of Planning Permission Reference No. 20/96 regarding the maximum number of occupants (staff and children) using the facility together with all ancillary site development works

Of a) sunroom, b) attic conversion c) changes made to plans and elevations to an existing two and a half storey dwelling, d) retain second entrance to site, e) together with all associated site works

To revise the site boundaries from those approved under planning application ref. no. 18/246 together with all associated site works

To construct a bungalow style dwelling with attached car port and domestic garage to rear, install waste water treatment system and percolation area, form new entrance from the public road, together with all associated site works
