For the following development. a). to renovate an existing single storey cottage including elevational changes; b). to renovate an existing single storey agricultural barn including elevational and overall level changes; c). to construct a new two storey extension to the side and rear of the house; d). to construct a new front porch to the house; e). to construct a new single storey garage; f). to construct a new patio and external landscape areas; g) to demolish the existing single storey shed; h) to upgrade the existing wastewater treatment system; i). all associated site works and services
