For the construction of an extension to rear of existing dwelling house including modification of existing extension, alterations and internal layout, installation of new domestic waste water treatment system with polishing filter together with all associated site works

The development consists of a) the RETENTION of existing "granny flat" to the rear of dwelling house and b) the replacement of existing sub-standard septic tanks with a new proprietary wastewater treatment system, sand polishing filter and percolation area together with ancillary site works

Of the following a) the side and rear extensions to the existing house as constructed b) CHANGE OF USE from an existing house to commercial that allows for short-term accommodation c) the wastewater treatment system and polishing filter d) modifications to the site entrance, front boundary walls and internal roads along with associated site works

For development which will consist of a new private dwelling house with garage, associated sewerage treatment system and new private entrance

To build a new storage shed and carport connecting onto the rear of the existing dwelling house and all associated site and ancillary works

To build a dwelling, install a wastewater treatment system and all associated site and ancillary works.
