The development will consist of demolition of existing calving pens, construction of an agricultural shed over an existing slatted tank and feed passage with the addition of an underground slatted slurry and soiled water storage tank with cubicles and all associated site works

For development to extend existing livestock slatted unit with cubicles and associated ancillary site works

To construct a new one and a half storey dwelling house, install on-site water treatment system, percolation area, site entrance and all associated site works

To build a new house, install a waste water treatment system, create a new entrance onto the public road and all associated and ancillary site works
