The alterations proposed are as follows, an increase in floor area of 32.5m2 with some minor internal changes, the removal of a window ope from the north & south elevations, the introduction of a new window ope to the east & west elevations and all associated site works

Retention of an existing development at this site Lacken Td, Old Leighlin, Co. Carlow. The development consists of an existing 25 metre high telecommunications support structure (total height including antennas 27.6 metres) carrying telecommunications equipment, together with existing equipment container and associated equipment within a fenced compound as previously granted under local authority reference 12/81. The development will continue to form part of meteor Mobile Communications Ltd. existing and future telecommunications and broadband network.

Permission for the construction of a proposed new single storey extension to the sides and rear incorporating a roof terrace at first floor level with exterior access stairs, stormwater soakaways and all associated site works
