For walking track to perimeter of previously approved football training field (planning reference 04/2428) with associated walkway lighting, children's play area, tarmac surface to existing car-park area, connection to existing surface water drainage and all associated and ancillary works

To (a) construct a two-storey dwelling, (b) form new entrance onto public road (c) construct detached single storey domestic garage, (d) install proprietary wastewater sewage treatment system and percolation area (e) form new agricultural entrance (f) together with all associated site works - SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
