For construction of a tourist campsite comprising: (a) vehicular access from existing laneway, (b) passing areas on existing laneway and works associated with achieving requisite sight distances at laneway junction with public road, (c) parking area for cars and camper vans, (d) pathways leading to tent, yurt and shepherds hut grassed camping area, (e) a single storey winter storage building for yurts and tents, (f) a single storey building incorporating toilets, showers and laundry facilities, (g) installation of a sewage treatment system, (h) formation of a floating marina with disabled access and (i) landscaping boundary fencing and all other ancillary works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with the application. Significant further information/revised plans including a Natura Impact Statement has been submitted.
